Sacramental Preparation
Registration for First Eucharist, First Reconciliation, Confirmation, RCIA or RCIA Adapted for Children takes place in early fall through the school system or you may register at the parish office.

There is one registration form for First Communion, First Reconciliation and Confirmation. Please make sure to check off which sacrament(s) you are registering for. All forms must be submitted to Cyndi at the parish office. With the registration please include a copy of the child's baptismal certificate and the cost for materials.

First Reconciliation
Offered to children in grade 2 or older. This program runs from September to March and consists of six workshops for the parent and child together and a retreat.
First Communion
Offered to children in grade 2 or older. This program runs from October to May and consists of six workshops for the parent and child together and a retreat.
Schedules For First Reconciliation & First Communion
Confirmation
Offered to children in grade 6 or older. The child will need to have received the Sacraments of Baptism, 1st Eucharist and 1st Reconciliation. The journey is comprised of 8 Parish Workshops which usually take place from September to May. The sessions involve the Confirmation candidate, the parents, the pastoral staff and diverse parish catechists. The date for the celebration of Confirmation is on a date determined by the Bishop.

RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults)
Sessions are held on Wednesday evenings from 7:00 to 9:00 pm in Assumption Upper Meeting Room. Non-baptized adults (catechumens) and baptized Christians (candidates) are invited to these sessions that serve to prepare them for sacramental initiation in the Catholic Church. All are welcome!

RCIC (Rite of Christian Initiation of Children)
If you have children 7 years of age or older who have not been baptized maybe now is the time to enable them to prepare for sacramental initiation in the Catholic Church. The RCIC process is set up to help families do this. Sessions take place on Wednesdays from 6:00 to 7:00 pm at Assumption Upper Meeting Room.
